Can you conquer 100 miles between 1st September and 30th November 2025 to claim this stunning medal?
Whether you row indoors on a machine or out on the open water, this three-month challenge is the perfect way to stay motivated as the days shorten and the evenings grow darker.

Your virtual route charts an unforgettable journey: starting at the iconic Portland Bill Lighthouse, travelling through the Solent, skimming past the north of the Isle of Wight, sweeping beyond Selsey Bill, and finishing along the beautiful Sussex coastline.

Row 100 miles – on the machine, on the water, or a mix of both – and track your progress on our interactive virtual map. Complete the challenge anytime, anywhere, at your own pace, and earn your exclusive medal when you cross the finish line.

What is a Virtual Challenge?

A virtual challenge can be completed anywhere, anytime, and in any way that suits you. Run, jog, walk, cycle, swim, row, use a wheelchair – the choice is yours. There are no restrictions on discipline, making our challenges as inclusive and flexible as possible.

Submitting & Claiming Your Medal

When you sign up, you’ll receive a personalised tracking link by email. Use it to upload your progress at your own pace, as often as you like.
Once you complete your challenge and “finish the map,” we’ll post your exclusive medal straight to you.
