This is the biggest challenge of them all!
Can you – either individually or as part of a team – conquer the mighty Atlantic by completing our 4,828km (3,000 miles) virtual rowing route? Take on the distance at your own pace and earn your exclusive Atlantic Row medal.

Row on a machine, out on the water, or combine the two – the choice is yours. There’s no time limit – complete the distance in one epic push or spread it across as many sessions as you like.

How It Works

Submitting & Claiming Your Medal

• When you sign up, you’ll receive a personal tracking link.

• Log your distances whenever you like – daily, weekly, or in bulk.

• As soon as you’ve rowed the full 3,000 miles on the virtual map, your medal will be sent automatically.

Tracking Your Progress

• Watch your results update in real time with our leaderboard, sortable by age, gender, and country.

• Follow your virtual journey across the Atlantic with our fully interactive map.

• Compare progress with friends, teammates, and fellow challengers worldwide.

Row as a Team 👫👫

• Teams can have unlimited rowers, with each member adding their personal distances to the team’s total.

• If multiple rowers want medals, each person must purchase their own entry (e.g., 5 rowers = 5 entries & medals).

• Gyms, clubs, or groups who only want one shared medal can purchase a single entry.

• To set up your team, just email us with your chosen team name after purchase.
