The 13km route takes you through the streets of London, finishing with a spectacular lap of Wembley Stadium. Click the map to follow the live progress of entrants as they take on the journey!

🚣 Whether on a rowing machine, on the water, or a combination of both, you can complete your 13km at your own pace. There’s no deadline — take your time and enjoy the ride. Cross the finish line to earn your exclusive medal!

When you sign up, you’ll receive a personalised link to upload your progress whenever you like. Once you complete the map, your medal will be sent automatically.

Each competitor will receive a downloadable personalised challenge certificate with details of their results included.
